Happy Father's Day

Hope y'all had an amazing Father's Day!! Shout out to my dad, I'm so grateful for you, love ya!!

This week went by so fast! Jesse and Steve were baptized on Saturday!! Jesse was so excited! He's been counting down the days, hours, and minutes until he was baptized. He said, "the most important day of my life is tomorrow"! He was in tears after he was baptized and we asked him how he felt. He described going under the water and coming back up felt like Jesus had His arms wrapped around him. Jesse felt God's love 😊 Steve really enjoyed his baptism as well! Everything went smoothly, thank goodness! They were both confirmed a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and received the gift of the Holy Ghost the following day!

James is still preparing to be baptized on July 1st! And William decided he doesn't want to be baptized anymore :(

I had the best member meal of my mission! She made a Harry Potter themed meal!! I was so happy!!
For P-day today we went to Sara's, a little food market. I had the best Peach ice cream I've ever had!! And we got a huge bag of peaches! 😋

6 Months!!

How has six months gone by already?? I am beyond grateful for how much I've grown in this time! I've looked forward to being a missionary my whole life and now I'm 1/3 of the way done! I've been enjoying every day!

This week was really fun! Jesse and James were able to attend Larrys baptismal service! He was taught be the Elders, so we had Jesse and James come to see what there's would look like! Jesse was so moved by the Spirit, that he was crying after Larry came up out of the water! James really enjoyed it too and is looking forward to his baptism.
Jesse will be baptized this Saturday!!! I am BEYOND excited for him! And, actually, we had a surprise! Theres a quote I like, "With God ther is always something surprising in the making". The elders have been teaching a guy named Steve for a while and he's going to be baptized this Saturday as well. The surprise is, he lives in our area, so he'll be baptized in our ward. We're having a double baptism this Saturday!

We had a lesson lined up with our friend, William, for Friday and he was trying to cancel on us! He canceled our three previous lessons! So I told Sister Robinson that we're just going to show up, we'll say that didn't see his texts, calls, or voicemail! We had a great lesson and he accepted the invitation be baptized on July 15th!

I had the privilege to speak on Sunday! And it was my favorite topic: Missionary work! I don't usually like speaking in church but this time I got to share some cool missionary experiences!

Please pray for
Jesse and Steve's baptism to go smoothly

Where's My Water? 🐊

Hope everyone had a great week! Let me explain the title of my email haha. The apartment maintenance has been trying to fix our water but this whole week we've had freezing water! Then these past two days we've had no water haha! We've been pushing through, we got water back again today but I think we just have to accept freezing water!

☆We saw many miracles this week though! We met with our new friend, James!  We shared how the gospel of Jesus Christ was restored and asked him what that means for him. He said, "Well, I guess it means I need to be baptized!" And James has committed to be baptized on June 24th!!
☆We recently stopped teaching a young boy named Landon. Shortly after that his mom texted texted saying he wants to be baptized! That was a huge miracle! Landon will be working towards his baptism on June 24th!
☆I had a prompting to knock on a random person's door and a man answered. He said he was going to get his Granny, because she owns the house. This sweet old lady comes to the door then proceeds to yell at us. That didn't feel good haha! We walked away pretty discouraged but the man came up to us after that and said he was sorry and told us to keep doing what we're doing! I think I had that prompting just so I could recieve that assurance because I needed to hear that!

Please pray for
Jesse and James to have the strength to live the Word of Wisdom
Landon to be excited to learn more!
