Hey yall!! This week has been great! We got transfer news and... 🥁🥁🥁 I'm staying in West Chatham with Sister Bruce!! I am so grateful and excited to be here to see our friends progress and come closer to Jesus Christ and I look forward to growing and learning more with sister Bruce!
We met with a media referral, her name is Peggy. She's met with missionaries before and she had lots of amazing questions! She asked us about Jospeh Smith and how the book of Mormon is different from the Bible. It was an amazing opportunity to teach her about the testimony the book of Mormon offers about Christ! She has a sincere desire to know!
Another friend we've been teaching is Robert. We gave him a tour of the church building and talked about so much with him! (Baptism, tithing, callings, and the book of Mormon) he was listening to everything we were talking about! He's so excited to keep learning! He's already gaining a testimony of the Book of Mormon as he reads it! In his own words he explained "I don't want a one sided deal. (Referring to having only the Bible) It's like having a McDonald's happy meal when I could have a full dinner!"
Last Monday, Sister Bruce and I had a full day in downtown Savannah!! We saw and did a lot of things and learned a lot of history. Went to a great restaurant called grphon and experienced SCADstory! Scad stands for Savannah College of Art and Design! Funnest pday!!
